Easter Egg Baked Oats

Easter Morning Oats!

If you’re looking for a fun oat recipe to make for easter morning, try these easter egg baked oats! You could also make this for your entire family by multiplying the recipe by however many people you have and bake it in a 9x9 or 9x13 baking dish! You would just need to bake it a bit longer, likely 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

  • 1 scoop Vedge Nutrition vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 10-15 vegan m&ms

  • 1/4 cup apple sauce

  • 1 tbsp liquid sweeter (maple syrup or agave)

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. In baked safe container, combine all of the ingredients except for the vegan m&ms.

  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined. Slice your M&Ms in half. Mix half of them into the oats and sprinkle the other half of them on top of the oats

  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
