💕Valentines Day Raspberry Protein Brownie💕

This is the perfect high protein breakfast, dessert or snack to make for the person you love or to make for your self to celebrate Valentine’s Day 💕😂

It’s only 7 ingredients and it’s so freaking easy to make

Ingredients  

  • 1.5 cup rolled oats 

  • 4 scoops Vedge nutrition protein powder (code VONNY to save)

  • 2 tbsp flax meal 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter 

  • 2 tbsp agave 

  • 1/2-1 cup raspberries 

Directions 

  1. In a blender, blend your oats until they are a fine powder

  2. Pour this into a 9 x 9 pan 

  3. Whisk in 4 scoops of vedge nutrition chocolate protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda 

  4. In the blender, combine 2 cups of water, agave, peanut butter and vanilla extract 

  5. In a separate bowl, combine 2 tbsp is flax meal and 4 tbsp of water to make your flax egg and let it sit for 5 minutes 

  6. Pour the wet ingredients into the pan and combine together with a spatula 

  7. Flatten the top with your spatula and top with raspberries 

  8. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

  9. Take out of the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes. 

  10. Serve immediately or reheat in the toaster or air fryer later :) 

  11. Top with some chocolate chips and extra raspberries if you like :)
