What Should I Eat Before and After My Workouts?

Have you ever wondered what the heck you are supposed to eat before and after your workouts and just have no idea what to do? Well, wonder no further. Check out these slides that I made for the athletes of Brockton High School on how to fuel up for your workouts and refuel after. At the end of the slides I also have some information on comparing a homemade meal to a fast food version of a meal and why a homemade meal is going to be better for you, whether we are talking about sports nutrition or just general health. The last few slides also have meal ideas for pre and post workout as well as the post breakdown per serving.
